The Office is an administrative and technical unit established by the College of Dentistry to provide several scientific, technical, and professional medical services and consultations that serve the field of dentistry.
It aims to manage and organize scientific, technical, and professional consultancy services in the field of dentistry along with technical training services for those who work in the field of dentistry, including dentists, technicians, and nursing staff, and to develop the related individuals with the best methods and the latest standards to provide the best and state-of-art service to institutions and society.
There are three main units operating under the Office of the Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs, Consultation and Training as follows:
This unit studies and organizes consultancy, scientific, technical, professional, and training services for public and private institutions, through its contribution to provide the best solutions by submitting a request from internal and external parties, by investing the efforts and experience of dentists, technicians, and administrators working at the College of Dentistry, which contributes to the development of the medical profession and provide the best and most recent medical services, by filling out the attached forms.
This unit develops and supervises over the training programs and cultural activities such as seminars, conferences, and discussion panels for dentists and technicians in order to promote the medical level to provide the latest medical solutions and methods to serve the dentistry sector and develop the overall performance of the trainees, increase their efficiency, and adopt the latest scientific findings in this field.
The Accounting Unit follows up on all financial services for all related expenses between the office and external parties and ensures the validity of contracts and all related payments. This is dosne through cooperation and auditing with the auditing firm to follow up and supervise the work of the unit by addressing Financial Affairs Department.
