Kermesite

This sample of kermesite is displayed in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. Kermesite is a sulfide of antimony with the composition Sb₂OS₂. The sample is about 7x7 cm and is from the Globe and Phoenix mine, Kwekwe, Zimbabwe.
