First author of the abstract who wish to contest for any award (by choosing appropriate award category while abstract submission) should submit hard copy of the declaration form relevant for the award to the Centre for Research Support and Conferences, Office of the Vice Dean for Research & Postgraduate Studies, Health Sciences Centre, Faculty of Medicine.
Signed and scanned declaration form may also mailed to Poster.hsc@ku.edu.kw.
