Overview:

The 4800 MALDI TOF/TOF Analyzer is a floor standing Mass Spectrometer that delivers high resolution and accurate mass determination for the MS analysis of biomolecules including protein digests, intact proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates. This software provides access to data, data processing and analysis, method creation, and the ability to submit requests for further analysis remotely to the 4800 MALDI TOF/TOF Analyzer.

Pro BLAST Search Engine v3.5: Pro BLAST software enables the performance of BLAST searches on mass spectral-derived peptide data to identify proteins already present in a database, highly modified proteins, or proteins from unsequenced genomes. Can be used with CDS FASTA files for visualization of protein molecular functions and biological processes directly in ID results with links to PANTHER (Protein ANalysis THrough Evolutionary Relationships) Classification System.
